Welcome to the San Diego County Fair! Our mission is to make your visit unforgettable. We’re committed to creating a safe, fun, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all guests.

🚫NO PETS POLICY: While 2025 is a pet-themed celebration, for the safety of all guests and animals, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE FAIRGROUNDS.

WHERE TO FIND OUR CUSTOMER CARE TEAM

Our Guest Services Office is located in the East Grandstand on the First Floor. Services provided here include:
  • Lost & Found
  • Family Restroom
  • Courtesy Storage
  • Lactation Station
  • Sensory Sensitivity Services

INFORMATION BOOTHS

You'll find Information Booths located throughout the Fairgrounds. Look for the giant question mark in the sky! Pick up a map, daily schedule of events, and full listing of food booths or ask our friendly team a question—if they don't already know it, they'll know how to find the answer!

FIRST AID

Should you or someone in your party need assistance with an illness or injury, please reach out to a uniformed staff member or visit our First Aid office, located at the East Grandstand on the First Floor.

ARouND THE GROUNDS

Our employees are equipped to help provide the best guest experience possible. But your best bet is to find a member of our Customer Care Team around the grounds — just look for someone in uniform in a yellow vest!

FIRST AID

We want your day at the Fair to be fun, memorable, and safe! But should you or someone in your group need special assistance, our First Aid team is here to help!

First Aid is located at the East Grandstand on the First Floor.

Scooter & Wheelchair Rental

Reserve a mobility device through Scootaround.

Advance reservations are highly recommended for scooters and wheelchairs, and can be made online or by calling 1-888-441-7575.

Strollers and wagons are available for day-of-event walk up rental only.

Did you lose something during your visit to the Fair? Or maybe you found something you'd like to return to its rightful owner.

Our Guest Services team is here to help. Visit the main office located in the East Grandstand or stop by any Information Booth for guidance.
